Who We Serve

We serve individuals 18 years of age and older with client groups such as: Alzheimer's, dementia, developmental disabilities, mental illness, advanced age, and more.

What We Provide

We help our residents not only with their daily routines, but to thrive physically, mentally, and socially within our community. We design care plans that meet the individual needs for each resident. We also have trained medical staffing available when needed. Our community offers a full activities and social calendar that helps residents thrive not just in body and mind, but also socially.

Facility Details

We have two homes located in Bangor, Wisconsin. We offer residents the latest amenities in comfort that they would enjoy in the comfort of their own homes. Each home has its own climate control and bathroom, private bedrooms, and spacious closets that are great for storage. All residents have access to landscaped grounds and common areas.

Pricing

We do our best to make sure each resident is able to sustain a healthy, fulfilling life during their stay. To achieve this, we design care plans that meet the individual needs for each resident. Therefore, pricing is based on assessment. We accept private pay or Member Center Organizations.

Take Their Word for It

It takes very special people to do what the staff at RBI Caring Hearts does day in and day out! In spite of staffing shortages and other challenges, the caregivers remain dedicated and are kind and patient with the residents.

It’s a “hometown” atmosphere, and our family and friends have gotten to know the staff and long-term residents well in the three years my dad has resided there. Tammy and Becky went out of their way, as they always do, when they helped to make Dad’s 96th birthday party go smoothly. Caring Hearts is a place where we feel comfortable, and that in no small part is because of the people.

The common area is light and airy and always decorated for the season. Everyone at Caring Hearts works with our family in helping us make Dad’s life as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I never hesitate to reach out to the RBI office with questions or requests about my dad and his care, and they are always prompt and accommodating. We are blessed by and grateful for all of their “caring hearts"
