Who We Serve
We serve individuals who are in need of palliative or hospice care that would like to come and live within a caring, residential facility.
What We Provide
We work with Moments Hospice and St. Croix Hospice to focus on comfort and quality of life while providing care with dignity and respect. We provide both hospice and palliative services. We can arrange physician care, therapy, medical care, spiritual support, and more. All of these services can be provided within our facilities so that residents don't have to leave home.
Facility Details
Our end-of-life hospice and palliative care takes place in our residential facilities at RBI Care (Sparta, WI) and RBI Caring Hearts (Bangor, WI). We are passionate about people having a place to call home in their final days.

Pricing
We do our best to make sure our residents are treated with the care they deserve at the end of their lives. Since needs can vary greatly, we design care plans that meet the individual needs for each resident.Therefore, pricing is based on assessment.We accept private pay or Member Center Organizations.
